Lisa has spent 18 years working in financial services. She is a member of the client support team and processes claims from the new business stage through to servicing client policies. She also liaises with advisers and clients daily.

Lisa has many hobbies, including live music, travelling, body modification and knitting. In her spare time, she can usually be found at toddler groups with her daughter Rosa or going for walks in Kelvingrove Park to see the crows and squirrels.
