Pension Transfer Gold Standard
This is a Personal Finance Society voluntary code of good practice for safeguarded and defined benefit pension transfer advice that is based around a set of nine principles. The code was introduced to help ensure you understand the importance of good advice and have confidence that you are dealing with a firm that is committed to high standards of client care.
Investor in Customers Silver Award
This industry-wide recognised accreditation promotes trust and the reassurance of our brand while demonstrating how customer-centric we are. To achieve this, Investor in Customers performed a 360 assessment of the experience we offer versus their CX framework through our key stakeholders: customers, employees, management and an independent IIC review.
