Alyn has more than 15 years of experience working in the pensions sector and more than 20 years of customer service experience. In his role, he manages our Client Support team and deals with the day-to-day tasks that are involved with this, including staff coaching, performance reviews and problem-solving. He also interacts with clients and stakeholders.

Outside of work, Alyn enjoys spending time with friends and family. In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, cycling, football and attending music concerts. You’ll also find Alyn in his home studio where he produces music and DJs.
