This month we’re putting the spotlight on our fantastic client support team, and we’re delighted to welcome a new member.

The client support team ensures that we provide a consistently excellent service

Our client support team is based at the head office in Glasgow. They’re an essential part of everything we do at Intelligent Pensions.

From responding to your calls and liaising with stakeholders, to delivering staff coaching and conducting performance reviews, the client support team ensures that everything runs smoothly from day to day.

This month, the team of nine welcomes their tenth member, Colette Welsh.

Alyn Rodger, Client support manager

Alyn oversees the team and is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations at Intelligent Pensions run seamlessly.

He has more than 15 years of experience working in the pensions sector and over 20 years of customer service experience.

When he’s not keeping things ship shape at head office, Alyn enjoys cooking, cycling, football, and going to live music events. He’s even been known to spin the decks in his home studio!

Caitlin Mullin, Senior client support

Cailtin is an organisational whizz who works hard behind the scenes preparing reports, responding to your queries, and supporting her team to deliver exceptional service each and every day.

She joins us with a wealth of experience and loves learning about new business processes that can help us continually evolve and improve.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys going for meals out, spending time with friends and family, and taking her little girl for fun days out.

An experienced team that offers friendly support

Allyn and Caitlin are supported by a strong team of client support staff, including Jenna McInnes, Debbie Grice, Lisa Douglas, Lewis Ross, Tayla Irvine, Dean Murphy, and Robert McCleneghen.

Each member offers a unique set of skills, knowledge, and experience – and are always eager to keep learning and improving!

Welcome to the newest member of the client support team, Colette Welsh

As Intelligent Pensions grows and expands, we’re developing the client support team to ensure that we can continue to meet your needs as efficiently as possible.

This month, Collette Welsh joins our client support team.

Collette is an experienced senior IFA administrator with more than 10 years’ industry experience.

She excels in problem-solving, building and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering on targets.

Colette is highly motivated and enthusiastic – she’s already proved herself to be a valuable member of the team!

Beyond her new role in client support, Colette is a devoted mum who enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter. She’s also an avid football fan can often be found cheering on Celtic FC!
